Rental companies live on the second and the tenth order. A garment that cannot be matched six months later is a wardrobe problem, not a saving. Metro Apparels plans for that repeat.

What rental buyers should lock

Lock the cloth, the shade, the size grade and the decoration before the first bulk. A rental pool that mixes two collar shapes under one code becomes expensive in the stockroom. The sample is the document that prevents that.

Quantities often sit on the 300 to 1,000-piece breaks once a wearer population is known. The 50-piece slab still exists for a trial wearer group or a new site.

What is not included

The factory does not run the rental route, the wearer database or the laundry. It manufactures the replacement and the expansion garments. If a laundry process is harsh, say so, because it belongs in the cloth conversation.

FR rental pools need a specified cloth and its documents. A standard coverall will not be renamed to suit a tender line.
