Fabric from the named library or a buyer-specified cloth, solid colour, GSM, pocket plan, knee reinforcement, reflective tape, cuffs, waist, closures, embroidery, print and packing. Size grades follow your chart.
What is not changed quietly is a performance claim. Adding tape does not create a hi-vis certificate. Choosing cotton does not create an FR garment.
Requirement, cloth and construction review, sample, approval, bulk, then quality control and export packing. The sentence that matters is the second one: if something in the tech pack conflicts with the cloth, it is raised before the sample is cut.
