Building a wholesale book
A compact book might be an industrial coverall, a cargo trouser, a work shirt, a hi-vis jacket and a scrub or hospitality style if those customers sit in the same sales team. Each style keeps its own price profile so a shirt is not costed like a coverall.
Private label packs should be approved with the first sample. Changing a neck label after the bulk is cut is how shade-correct garments become unsaleable.
Quantity and consistency
The slabs at 50, 100, 300, 500 and 1,000 pieces are a planning tool. A wholesaler who knows the season can aim at a break instead of discovering the cost after the fact. The 5,000-piece line is either a further indicative step or a custom quote, depending on the profile.
Colour and size consistency is managed with a sealed sample and the buyer’s size chart. There is no claim of a zero-tolerance laboratory. There is a practical process, described in the insights section.
